Accelerated Aging after mRNA Vaccination

A recent study found significant destruction in ribosomal RNA structures after vaccination, a phenomenon that was enhanced by serial shots. This destruction led to massive inhibition of translation and transcription, affecting intra/inter neural signaling transfer and lipid metabolism. These processes are related to the aging process, and the destruction was identified even six months after vaccination.

The cases described in cited papers include:

82-year-old female with colorectal cancer in remission: Complications of vaccination: abdominal pain, appetite loss, constipation, anemia, anorexia. Cancer relapsed after vaccination, leading to her death (patient 6 in Tanaka et al, 2022: Archives of Clinical and Biomedical Research)

85-year-old female with esophageal cancer in remission: Complications of vaccination: dysphasia.  Cancer relapsed after vaccination, along with suspected microembolus in the brain, causing symptoms of memory loss, hoarseness, and dysphagia, leading to her death.  (patient 8 in Tanaka et al, 2022: Archives of Clinical and Biomedical Research)

Healthy 68-year-old male: No point mutations nor genetic alterations in major oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes were found, marking the first case of its kind in clinical research (patient 1 in Tanaka et al, 2022)

67-year-old male (normal control1 in Tanaka et al, 2023; see Figure) with ribosomal damage who decided to have Huaier administration (20 g per day) 3 weeks after the 4th vaccination, showing signs of recovery and expected modification of the damaged ribosomal RNA structure, evidenced by hair regrowth within one month of Huaier treatment (data after the 4th vaccination are not yet published).

Huaier, scientifically known as Trametes robiniophila Murr, has been used for centuries in China, often as an adjuvant therapy in cancer treatment. This species of fungus from the Polyporaceae family typically grows on tree trunks and is characterized by its yellowish color and gelatinous texture. Huaier contains bioactive compounds that are believed to contribute to its therapeutic effects. Recent studies have revealed:

Patients treated with Huaier or combined with FOLFIRINOX achieved complete remission, even when poor prognosis was predicted with conventional chemotherapy like Cisplatin, FOLFOX, or FOLFIRINOX. The KEGG pathway classification indicated that the key to recovery was the inhibition of Bcl-xL, enhancing apoptosis through the intrinsic mitochondria-mediated pathway. Huaier therapy seem to compensate for dysfunctions through miRNA-mediated transcriptional control and activation in the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway.

The studies also revealed spontaneous SARS-CoV-2 virion production even after three months of the first vaccination. Although Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna vaccines contain mRNA coding only for the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein, repeated vaccine shots promoted many copies of SARS-CoV-2. This production persisted even 5 months after the 3rd vaccination, indicating that mRNA vaccination may have a long-term influence on certain individuals, affecting systems related to aging, lipid metabolism, and neural signal transfer.

The inhibitory effects of mRNA vaccines could be compensated by Huaier administration through specific mechanisms. These studies contribute to the ongoing discussion about the long-term effects of COVID-19 vaccinations and the role of complementary therapies in addressing potential challenges. The findings underscore the importance of understanding individual responses to vaccinations and exploring alternative therapeutic interventions like Huaier to mitigate potential adverse effects.
